community development corporation, the Lawrenceville Corporation’s programs and services are designed to
make positive changes in the Pittsburgh neighborhood of Lawrenceville.
Our programs serve the business community
and promote investment and high quality commercial and residential development in our neighborhood.
Currently, our programming addresses the following areas:
- Business Development
These programs, including our 16:62 Design Zone initiative and Lawrenceville
Main Street activities, are designed to promote business growth
in Lawrenceville.
- Housing & Real Estate
We focus on developing new housing as well as assisting in the
acquisition of blighted properties for suitable redevelopment.
- Elm Street
A residential counterpart to Main Street, this program serves a targeted area in Upper Lawrenceville.
- Special Projects
