The 16:62 Design Zone, a new project of the Lawrenceville Corporation, uses niche marketing to promote the area's 85 design-related businesses and services. With funding from the Pittsburgh Partnership for Neighborhood Development, the Design Zone has published 20,000 marketing booklets highlighting businesses' locations and products.
