Board Member Profile
Dave Serafini is a Vice President, Relationship Manager for Citizens Bank in the western region of Pennsylvania which includes points North to Erie and South to Washington.
With an emphasis on Community Reinvestment Act Credits, Dave is responsible for generating and managing relationships with Commercial Real Estate developers whose primary endeavor is to provide low and moderate income housing (for-sale or rent) and/ or the construction or revitalization of non-residential real estate located in low and moderate-income neighborhoods that are in the Bank’s primary service area.
Dave joined Citizens Bank in October 2003 from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of Pittsburgh where he was responsible for managing the Pittsburgh Housing Development Corporation (PHDC), a non-profit housing development arm of the URA.
Dave most recently was Board President of Artists and Cities, a non-profit real estate development and resource organization serving the needs of artists in Pittsburgh and Dave currently sits on the CIF loan approval committee for the Mon Valley Initiative and the URA’s Real Estate Loan Review Committee.
He is a graduate of Robert Morris University. |
