Board Member Profile
Mike Hepler is the President and CEO of the Boys and Girls Club of Western Pennsylvania and has served in this position for the past 16 years. He has been on staff of the Boys and Girls Club for 37 years. As the President, Mike oversees nine Boys and Girls Club facilities, a charter high school (Career Connections), for-profit retail store (Outlet Connection) and the administrative service center.
Mike has a B.S. degree in business administration from Robert Morris University. Mike was awarded the F.B.I. Community Leaders Award and inducted into Soldiers and Sailors “Hall of Valor” for Military Service in Vietnam.
