Nadia is the LC's Program Assistant and Elm Street Manager. She assists with communications and operations, volunteer management, and event planning. She also manages Lawrenceville’s Elm Street Program.
Nadia grew up in rural Pennsylvania and moved to Pittsburgh to attend the University of Pittsburgh. During her third year, she was accepted to study at the Université of Sorbonne in Paris, France, and spent time in Morocco after the completion of her program. It was during this time her interest in community development began, as she viewed blighted neighborhoods that were once vibrant tourist destinations. Nadia graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005 with a B.A. in Communication. Shortly after, she moved to Lawrenceville.
Prior to joining the Lawrenceville Corporation in August 2007, Nadia gained experience in advertising, public relations, marketing, and art sales. As she watched Lawrenceville grow, she decided to become involved with community revitalization efforts.
