Kelly V. Hoffman is the Real Estate Manager for the Lawrenceville Corporation. Kelly’s responsibilities include project planning, site identification, negotiations and acquisition, deal structuring and financial packaging, project/contract management and sales/leasing. Kelly also works closely with private developers and provides some site location assistance to businesses and works on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Kelly is originally from Delaware but moved to Pittsburgh in 1998 to complete her B.A in Human Services Administration at Chatham College. She went on to earn her Master’s in Public Administration in Public and Nonprofit Management from the University of Pittsburgh. Kelly is certified by the National Development Council as an Economic Development Finance Professional and has her PA Real Estate Sales license. Prior to the Lawrenceville Corporation, Kelly managed the Real Estate Program at Oakland Planning and Development Corporation (OPDC). Kelly was a United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Fellow and got her start as an Intern at OPDC in 2001.
Kelly is a Lawrenceville resident and enjoys the five minute (walking) commute to the office. In her free time, she enjoys watching the Steelers and Pitt Basketball, reading, doing anything outside, walks with her dog Shelby, bowling at Arsenal Lanes, and sewing.
